I always love reading all the comments after something like this comes out.  In the case of Budapest and Prague, there are conflicting views.  If anyone is planning on going to these cities, Budapest is like two small cities, and it needs double the time that one might give to a smaller city.  Maybe 4-5 days would cover a quick overview.  Prague is a small city.  Two to three days at the most.  Someone mentioned that Prague is a charming Disneyesque city.  That is so true.  You just expect Pinocchio to poke his head around the corner when visiting the Castle. (In the best way possible)

The city that really pops out at me is Quebec City.  It's heavenly, tres Parisian and a hop skip and jump away.
