Help for Aging Hair

Just read an article in the NYT about women's aging hair.  Like our skin and just about everything else, hair dries out as we age.  The diet plays a big role in the health of your hair.  Ingredients such as fish oil, Vitamin E, pomegranate, avocado, pumpkin and olive oil - in general a good diet will help the hair out.  If you are starving yourself the hair suffers from lack of nutrients, according to the NYT.

My secret weapon is Young Again by Kevin Murphy.  It refreshes and revitalized my hair from all the color damage and generally age related issues.  No to Moroccan Oil, Yes to Kevin Murphy.  It's a world of difference.
